Pursuant to the Delegated Authority Letter Agreement referred to below between the undersigned institution (“Lender”) and the Export-Import Bank of the United States (“EXIM Bank”), the following officers of Lender, whose names and specimen signatures appear below, have completed the EXIM Bank "Delegated Authority Lender" training course (or any EXIM Bank-approved alternate training course) on the date(s) set forth below and are hereby designated as Authorized Officers.
