In accordance with 18 U.S.C. § 3624(e), this notice informs you of the

requirement that you adhere to an installment schedule to pay for any

court-ordered fine imposed for the offense for which you are committed.

Also in accordance with 18 U.S.C § 3624(e), this notice informs you that

the consequences of failure to pay this court-ordered fine are described

in 18 U.S.C. §§ 3611-3614 and include, but are not limited to, monetary

penalties, ordering the sale of your property, a restraining order or

injunction, contempt of court, revocation or modification of the terms of

your supervised release, or resentencing.

The installment schedule for payment of this fine will be administered by

the United States Probation Office responsible for your supervision

subsequent to your release from incarceration.
