

THISMUTUALTERMINATIONAGREEMENT(“TerminationAgreement”)ismadeandenteredintothisdayof,2009,byandbetween

BeijingSINAInternetInformationServiceCo.(“BeijingSINA”)andShanghaiSINALejuInformationTechnologyCo.Ltd.(“SINALeju”).



WITNESSETH:



WHEREAS,BeijingSINAandSINALejuenteredintothatcertainDomainNameLicenseAgreementdatedMay8,2008(the“Original

Agreement”);and



WHEREAS,BeijingSINAandSINALejudesiretomutuallyterminatetheOriginalAgreementeffectiveasofthedateofthisTermination

Agreement.



NOW,THEREFORE,inconsiderationofthemutualcovenantsandconditionscontainedherein,andothergoodandvaluable

consideration,receiptofwhichisherebyacknowledgedbyeachofthepartieshereto,thepartiesagreeasfollows:



1.BeijingSINAandSINALejuagreethat,uponthedateofexecutionofthisTerminationAgreement,theAgreementshallterminateandbe

ofnofurtherforceoreffect,and,fortheavoidanceofdoubt,noprovisionsoftheOriginalAgreementsurvivesuchtermination.



2.ThisTerminationAgreementrepresentsthecomplete,integrated,andentireagreementbetweentheparties,andmaynotbemodified

exceptinwritingsignedbytheparties.



3.ThisTerminationAgreementshallbegovernedbythelawsofthePRC,withoutregardtoconflictsoflawprinciples.



4.ThisTerminationAgreementmaybeexecutedinoneormorecounterparts,eachofwhichshallbedeemedanoriginalbutallofwhich

togetherwillconstituteoneandthesameinstrument.



5.ThisTerminationAgreementshallbebindinguponandinuretothebenefitofthepartiesheretoandtheirrespectivesuccessorsand

assigns.


